RIYO (previously known as EMBARC Waterloo) is a grassroots organization founded by refugees with the mission to help refugee and immigrant youth expand their world of possibilities through education, self-exploration and community development. RIYO serves refugee youth and their families in need, removes barriers, and builds leadership. RIYO is an emerging organization in Waterloo.
