Meet Victoria

Abraham Lopez is a RISE AmeriCorps member with the DREAM Iowa program. Abraham decided to become a member of RISE so could help and work with people of immigrant backgrounds. He is excited about getting to work alongside individuals who share the same passion for inclusion of cultures and unity through diversity.

Abraham was born in Mexico and grew up in Des Moines. He graduated from Iowa State University and received his Bachelor's degrees in Journalism and Mass Communication as well as International Studies.
