Meet Stacy

Stacy Neagles is a RISE AmeriCorps member serving in Storm Lake, Iowa. 

Stacy grew up on a small, family-owned dairy farm in Hillpoint, Wisconsin. She is currently a graduate student at the University of Denver's Graduate School of Social Work where she is earning her Masters of Social Work with a focus on Trauma Based Care. Stacy also has degrees in Healthcare Studies from Ashford University and Nursing from Nevada State College. She is a 15-year Air Force veteran, single mom to four children, and a Scout Leader. 

In the future Stacy plans to open an animal-assisted therapy private practice and wellness center. She is excited to serve with the Bridge of Storm Lake as she enjoys working with youth and young adults, and looks forward to helping them grow and overcome adversity.
