Meet Shel

Shel Paw is a RISE AmeriCorps member with ArtForce Iowa in Des Moines.

Shel came to the United States as a refugee when she was 12 years old. She is a visual artist and fabric artist and is currently studying animation.

Shel is passionate about helping people, and she hopes that she can help even more family members of refugees that are facing difficulties adjusting in the US.
