Meet Mariely

Mariely Perales is a RISE AmeriCorps Member serving with La Luz Centro Cultural in Hampton, Iowa.

Mariely has always enjoyed helping others, especially members of the Hispanic community who often struggle to receive assistance. Her goal for her RISE service term is to help low-income mothers who work or study manage childcare.
