Meet Luis

Luis Alvarez is a RISE AmeriCorps member serving at PaTi's Libelulas. 

Originally from Guanajuato, Mexico, Luis and his family moved to the United States and had to adapt to a new language and culture. Having gone through this challenging experience made him realize that he could help others adapt to a new culture and learn a new language.
